Demand Planner

About the Role

The Demand Planner in this role will be accountable for developing precise demand forecasts to aid business expansion, optimize inventory, and enhance operational efficiency. You will spearhead the monthly rolling forecast process along with the yearly Management Plan cycle, collaborating closely with Sales, Product, and Supply Chain teams to align commercial expectations with operational capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and sustain monthly rolling forecasts at the product and market level.
• Draft the annual Management Plan per product and market considering market trends and growth projections.
• Analyze historical sales data, market conditions, seasonal trends, and customer feedback to produce reliable forecasts.
• Maintain the accuracy and integrity of forecast data within planning and reporting systems.
• Deliver actionable demand insights to assist inventory planning for the regional warehouse.
• Identify opportunities for new products and product upgrades that support industrialization initiatives.
• Track forecast performance, diagnose reasons behind forecast errors, and promote ongoing improvements.
• Collaborate with the sales team to comprehend volume fluctuation drivers.
• Prepare monthly reports on forecast accuracy and conduct variance analyses by market, including market share reporting.
