Delivery Manager - Data & Analytics

About the Role

We are looking for a highly experienced Delivery / Project Manager to spearhead prominent Data & Analytics projects within the UK. This role requires a professional adept at managing complex technology and transformation programs, thriving in Agile settings, and translating strategic objectives into tangible, measurable success.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end delivery of projects ensuring they are finished punctually, within budget, and maintain top quality standards.
• Manage all aspects of project execution including scope, scheduling, resource allocation, risk management, dependencies, and stakeholder engagement.
• Champion Agile delivery methods by facilitating Scrum ceremonies, sprint planning, retrospectives, and continuous process enhancements.
• Work closely with business executives, technical teams, and client stakeholders to clarify goals, prioritize tasks, and establish success metrics.
• Track project progress and deliver concise, actionable reports to senior leadership.
• Coordinate multiple workstreams with effective governance, reporting, and swift issue resolution.
• Develop and maintain high-performing teams that emphasize collaboration, accountability, and innovation.

Candidate Requirements

• 12 to 15 years of extensive experience in Delivery Management, Project Management, or Technology Transformation.
• Proven track record in delivering projects across Data, Analytics, Cloud, Digital, or Enterprise Technology domains.
• Expert knowledge of Agile methodologies including Scrum and Kanban.
• Experience with project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms.
• Understanding of Data Management concepts including Data Integration, Data Modelling, Data Governance, ETL, SQL, and Business Intelligence solutions.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Capacity to navigate complex organizational environments and execute critical business programmes successfully.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, CSM, PMI-ACP or equivalent.
• Experience overseeing transitions, migrations, transformations, or modernization efforts.
• Exposure to large-scale enterprise Data & Analytics programs.

Work Environment and Location

This position is based in the United Kingdom and requires on-site presence.
