Key Responsibilities

• Prepare delivery vehicles, learn delivery routes, verify orders for quality and correctness, and follow safe delivery protocols.
• Engage professionally and courteously with customers in person and over the phone, delivering pizzas and promotional materials.
• Process telephone orders and manage credit transactions responsibly, including necessary bank deposits.
• Support team cohesion by arriving on time, assisting across workstations, and completing end-of-shift cleaning and closing tasks.
• Navigate delivery areas using maps and handle challenging terrains such as multi-story buildings and private homes.
• Operate, clean, and maintain all restaurant equipment and fulfill additional workstation duties including food preparation and inventory management.
• Perform accurate mathematical calculations for order processing and monetary transactions using calculators as needed.
• Maintain safety standards when operating vehicles and handling deliveries.

Physical & Work Environment Demands

• Most tasks require standing and short walking periods on various surfaces with work heights ranging from 28" to 48".
• Occasional lifting and carrying of bulk product cases up to 50 pounds and other supplies, sometimes up to 72" shelves.
• Regularly carry ingredients and trays weighing up to 30 pounds, and maneuver delivery trays on dollies.
• Tasks include climbing stairs or ladders occasionally for maintenance and stocking.
• Frequent reaching, bending, crouching, and performing fine-hand coordination activities for food assembly and equipment operation.
• Exposure to varying temperatures, food odors, dust, and potential hazards such as hot ovens and sharp tools.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license, clean driving record, proof of insurance, and reliable vehicle.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Availability for scheduled and unscheduled shifts including nights, weekends, and emergencies.
• Ability to be cross-trained in various restaurant roles.
• Customer confidentiality and professional communication skills are essential.
• Bilingual skills preferred in certain markets.

Additional Details

• This is a non-exempt, hourly position without split pay between in-store and delivery rates.
• Must comply with Domino’s uniform, appearance, operations standards, and all applicable laws.
