Overview

Worklynx Systems Llp is urgently recruiting 60 Delivery Executives to join their logistics team in Delhi across four different zones: Safdarjung, Jhandewalan, Uttam Nagar, and Mandawali. In this role, you will be responsible for managing last-mile delivery by collecting packages from local hubs and ensuring their timely and professional delivery to customers. Successful candidates will be expected to use the delivery application efficiently and maintain courteous interactions with clients.

Key Duties

Pick up packages from the designated hub and plan the quickest route for delivery
Confirm order details, recipient addresses, and instructions prior to dispatch
Process Cash on Delivery payments and reconcile online transactions accurately
Update the delivery status in the application, indicating delivered, undelivered, or rescheduled orders
Maintain professionalism and polite communication with customers during deliveries

Candidate Requirements

Educational qualification of at least 10th grade is preferred though experience may compensate for this
Must possess own two-wheeler vehicle (bike or scooter) and an Android smartphone with active internet
Necessary documentation including Driving License, Aadhaar Card, PAN Card, valid vehicle registration and insurance papers, and a bank account for salary payment
Basic familiarity with local routes and competence in using Google Maps
Functional reading skills in Hindi and/or English

Compensation and Benefits

Earn ₹55 per delivery with monthly income ranging from ₹25,000 to ₹35,000 depending on delivery volumes
