The institution also delivers corporate training programs across 15 Egyptian governorates. Founded by Dr. Emad Kattara, it is now expanding into the digital assets space, leveraging its established institutional experience rather than starting anew.

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced DeFi Trading Strategist with a proven history of active trading across decentralized finance protocols, including decentralized exchanges (DEXs), lending platforms, perpetual contracts, and DeFi derivatives. The ideal candidate has hands-on expertise in managing factors such as slippage, impermanent loss, miner extractable value (MEV), liquidity depth, and position sizing in volatile markets. This role involves translating practical trading experience into instructive content aimed at banking professionals and students, covering execution and risk management in DeFi trading.

All instructional demonstrations and case studies will utilize testnet or demo wallets or anonymized datasets, ensuring no requirement for personal wallet exposure or real capital on-chain involvement.

Work Structure

This position is full-time and remote, involving a mixed content delivery model that includes pre-recorded learning modules complemented by live sessions. Live sessions will be scheduled to accommodate time zones bridging Singapore and Cairo.
