Data Entry Specialist (Payer Policies)

About the Position

The Accreditation Council for Medical Affairs (ACMA) is seeking a Data Entry Specialist to handle the collection and management of payer policies concerning specific medications. This role is hybrid in nature, requiring presence in the Oradell, NJ office two days weekly (Tuesday and Thursday), with the remainder of the work performed remotely. The specialist will focus on gathering documents from payer or medication websites, ensuring the data is cleaned appropriately, and uploading the information accurately to designated systems.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive searches of payer and medication websites to retrieve relevant payer policies.
• Clean and format the collected policy documents adhering to specified standards.
• Input the cleaned policies into a backend application and company cloud storage.
• Maintain organized and precise records of all downloaded and uploaded files.
• Resolve technical challenges encountered during the data entry workflow.
• Coordinate and communicate effectively with the technology lead and team members to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications and Skills

• Possession of a bachelor's degree or active enrollment in an undergraduate program.
• Strong proficiency with computers, notably Microsoft Excel expertise.
• Exceptional attention to detail coupled with accuracy in data handling.
• Capability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently within deadlines.
