Data Entry Operator

About Position

We are recruiting for the position of Data Entry Operator under the NAPS/NATS Apprenticeship program located at Amingaon Biotech Park, Guwahati. This government-authorized apprenticeship offers an excellent opportunity for candidates to gain hands-on experience and develop skills while working in a professional environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately input and update data within company systems.
• Maintain organized records and relevant documentation.
• Check and rectify data inconsistencies as needed.
• Create basic reports utilizing MS Excel.
• Protect the confidentiality and accuracy of all data handled.
• Assist with general administrative and office duties.
• Achieve set productivity goals daily and monthly.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum education of Higher Secondary (HS Passed) or higher.
• Fresh candidates are encouraged to apply.
• Fundamental knowledge of computer operations and MS Excel.
• Typing speed ranging between 20 to 25 words per minute.
• Ability to read and write in Assamese language.
• Good communication skills coupled with a keen attitude to learn.

Working Conditions

• Work schedule consists of 6 days per week.
• Shift timings will be assigned based on the employer's needs.
• Job location is at Amingaon Biotech Park, Guwahati.

Additional Information

The NAPS & NATS programs are government-recognized apprenticeship schemes designed to provide practical training in the industry. Participants will receive a monthly stipend according to apprenticeship guidelines along with skill enhancement through on-the-job training. Successful apprentices will be awarded a certificate upon completion.
