Data Annotation Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated AI Trainer and Data Annotator to join our team on a contract basis. This remote position demands a commitment of 10 to 40 hours per week with hourly pay ranging between $20 and $98. You will play a crucial role in enhancing AI model performance by evaluating and annotating AI-generated outputs across diverse topics.

Key Responsibilities

• Produce, assess, and prioritize responses generated by AI systems to ensure they meet quality and relevance standards.
• Apply detailed evaluation criteria to judge AI outputs for accuracy, clarity, helpfulness, and safety.
• Utilize AI technologies such as GPT and ChatGPT for conducting research, drafting materials, and performing data annotation tasks.
• Detect unusual cases, errors, and possible failure modes in AI responses and provide comprehensive documentation of these observations.
• Work collaboratively with the client's team to facilitate ongoing enhancement of AI models based on feedback and findings.
• Remain informed on the latest methodologies in AI training and quality assurance to improve model outcomes.

Qualifications

• Possession of a Bachelor’s degree or higher qualification in any academic discipline is required.
• Daily experience in using AI-based tools and technologies is essential.
• Strong command of written and verbal communication, along with meticulous attention to detail.
• Proven critical thinking and analytical skills necessary to succeed in this role.
