Role Overview

The Data Analyst will join the Data team for a 12-month contract at the Royal Leamington Spa studio, engaging closely with the development team to deliver comprehensive analyses of player interactions and system behaviors. The role involves handling analytical requests and developing data visualization dashboards to support informed decision-making. A minimum of three days per week work onsite is expected, with relocation assistance available.

Responsibilities

• Analyze player engagement and game performance by integrating telemetry and system context.
• Collaborate with Design, Engineering, and Production teams to define key metrics and build supportive dashboards.
• Enhance analytical processes and promote better visibility into performance metrics.
• Effectively communicate complex data insights clearly across various departments.

Candidate Requirements

• Proven experience in data analytics with demonstrable outcomes.
• Proficiency in SQL or KQL, adept at handling large complex datasets to uncover patterns and correlations.
• Experience using PowerBI or similar analytics/reporting tools like Tableau or Looker.
• Strong communication skills to articulate data insights and ambiguities to diverse stakeholders.
• Educational background in statistics, mathematics, computer science, or related quantitative disciplines.
• Genuine enthusiasm for video games.
• Experience in game or product analytics is considered advantageous.
