Key Responsibilities

• Embed yourself closely with client and internal workflows to ensure data-driven insights guide AI agent analysis and decision-making
• Design and deliver customized, timely reports and visual data representations that offer expert analysis for product teams and clients alike
• Respond promptly and efficiently to data requests, conveying complex insights in a clear, consistent, and professional manner
• Collaborate with managers and other team members regularly to enhance data models and improve agent performance

Qualifications

Required

• Recent graduate or early-career professional with up to two years' experience in data analysis or a related technical discipline
• Strong communication and interpersonal capabilities, able to translate data trends for both technical and non-technical audiences
• Solid understanding of statistics, data analysis approaches, and foundational AI and machine learning logic
• Must reside in the United States with authorization to work and be open to occasional travel for team meetings if needed

Preferred

• Past internship or project experience in roles such as data analyst, support, or research within technological or AI-centric environments
• Demonstrated ability to turn complex datasets into practical and easily understandable analytics
• Technical proficiency with programming languages like Python or R, data modeling techniques, and database systems such as SQL
