Products are sold via their online platform ARNEclo.com, stocked at Selfridges (in-store and online), and through their first permanent retail store located at Liverpool ONE. Role Overview

We seek a Data Analyst to provide accurate and reliable data analytics to empower informed business decisions across multiple key areas.

Key Responsibilities

• Designing and maintaining dashboards using Power BI and creating SQL queries to generate detailed reports on daily, weekly, monthly, and ad hoc bases.
• Collaborating with stakeholders to identify critical data requirements and build efficient reporting frameworks.
• Supporting the Analytics Engineer with data extraction, cleansing, validation, and monitoring of data pipelines.
• Ensuring overall data quality, security, and dependable access across company systems.
• Partnering with Financial Planning and Analysis teams to develop financial forecasting models and optimize month-end procedures.
• Responding promptly to ad hoc data requests and serving as a key contact for resolving data-related issues.

Candidate Requirements

• Prior experience in dynamic settings such as fashion, retail, or direct-to-consumer (DTC) e-commerce businesses is essential.
• Proficiency with SQL, Power BI or comparable relational database and AI tools to construct queries, data models, and reporting structures.
• Strong familiarity with e-commerce and marketing data platforms including Shopify, Klaviyo, and Meta advertising ecosystems.
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational abilities, with structured analytical thinking to tackle complex challenges.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to independently manage multiple deadlines and prioritize workload effectively.
