Overview
Join AYT KPO LLP as a Customer Support Executive handling USA-based processes. In this position, you will serve as the initial contact point for customers, addressing their queries and concerns through various channels including email, live chat, and social media. Your role focuses on delivering exceptional service by effectively resolving customer issues and ensuring satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the frontline support for customer interactions via email, live chat, and social media.
- Resolve customer inquiries with clear communication and problem-solving tactics.
- Coordinate with internal departments to escalate and handle complex issues.
- Maintain a high standard of customer satisfaction through responsive service.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Minimum educational qualification: Higher Secondary Certificate pass.
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills are essential.
- Basic computer skills including familiarity with MS Office and Excel.
- Knowledge of social media platforms and related tools.
- Fresh graduates and candidates without experience are welcome to apply.
Additional Information
- Shift timing is during night hours: either 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM or 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM.
- The position is office-based in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
- Monthly remuneration ranges between INR 18,000 and 20,000.
