Customer Support Executive - International Voice Process

About the Role

We are seeking a Customer Support Executive for an international voice process based in Electronic City, Bangalore. Candidates with at least 6 months of experience in customer service roles within international BPO voice processes are encouraged to apply. The role requires providing assistance related to e-commerce queries while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve issues via phone calls.
• Handle basic customer questions related to e-commerce.
• Maintain polite and professional communication with foreign customers.
• Deliver excellent customer service to ensure satisfaction.
• Understand and address customer concerns by actively listening and comprehending their needs.
• Develop and maintain thorough knowledge of the company’s products, services, and policies.
• Demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Adapt to working in US shift timings.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 6 months of experience in customer service within international BPO voice processes.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and comprehension skills.
• Any graduate or undergraduate is eligible.
• Age limit up to 44 years.
• Flexible and willing to work US shifts.

Additional Information

• Location: Electronic City, Bangalore
• Salary range: Up to INR 50,000 in hand monthly, based on experience.
• Workweek includes 2 rotational weekly offs.
• Interview process will be conducted virtually.
