Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Customer Success Representative to join our Zoho Business Solutions team. This role entails engaging with prospective clients to understand their requirements, designing solution architectures, and proposing strategies to enhance operational efficiency. The focus is on applying Zoho-based CRM and process automation tools customized to industry-specific needs.
Candidate Eligibility
- Minimum of 2 years and up to 4 years of CRM consulting experience.
- Proven expertise in grasping CRM technologies and solutions.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Familiarity with diverse industry systems and processes.
- Knowledge of the Zoho application suite is a valuable asset.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with clients to comprehend their business workflows.
- Devise tailored solution plans to address client requirements.
- Customize and configure Zoho applications to align with client processes.
- Set and manage client expectations to drive project success.
- Conduct onsite requirement analysis and translate findings into system configurations.
- Deliver demonstrations and personalized training for users.
- Produce instructional walk-through videos for clients.
