About the role

Pentera is hiring an experienced Customer Success Manager in Dubai to oversee and expand a portfolio of enterprise customers across the MEA region. This role is suited to someone who can blend customer advocacy, commercial thinking, and technical curiosity to help clients realize the full value of Pentera’s cybersecurity platform.

Pentera works in Automated Security Validation, helping organizations safely simulate real attack scenarios to expose weaknesses and improve their security posture. The company operates globally, serving more than 1,300 customers in over 60 countries and supported by investors including Insight Partners, K1, and The Blackstone Group.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main contact for your assigned customer portfolio.
  • Develop trusted relationships with stakeholders through consistent remote and onsite engagement.
  • Advocate for customer priorities internally and help ensure commitments are delivered.
  • Spot growth opportunities and assist with renewal conversations and processes.
  • Build a solid understanding of Pentera’s product, workflows, and use cases.
  • Work closely with Sales to progress opportunities while keeping customers highly engaged.
  • Monitor account health indicators and keep CRM records accurate and up to date.
  • Travel for onsite meetings and business reviews when required, accounting for roughly 30–40% of the role.

Requirements

  • At least 4 years of experience as a Customer Success Manager in the cybersecurity sector.
  • Prior experience handling enterprise accounts and renewals in the MEA market.
  • Strong ability to communicate with and influence stakeholders at all levels, including senior executives.
  • Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Fluent spoken and written English.
  • Must already reside legally in the UAE and hold a valid Emirates ID.
  • Must be based in Dubai.
