Customer Service Representative - Late Evening Shift

About the Role

We are seeking several motivated Customer Service Representatives based in East Galway City to join a growing team within the Network Marketing industry. This role serves as the initial point of contact for customers and brand partners, providing assistance on inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive, smooth experience.

The working hours for this position are Monday to Friday from 5pm to 1am. The role requires onsite presence during the probation period, with hybrid working options available thereafter.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond swiftly to inquiries from customers and brand partners via phone, email, and live chat.
• Address issues including order queries, product concerns, refunds, commissions, and account management.
• Handle product complaints promptly in line with company policies to maximize customer satisfaction.
• Provide comprehensive information about company policies, promotional offers, and compensation plans.
• Maintain current knowledge of company products, business model, and compliance requirements.
• Process refunds, exchanges, and account adjustments according to company guidelines.
• Accurately document customer interactions and escalate complex matters appropriately.
• Support brand partners in navigating back-office systems to understand earnings and orders.
• Represent the company professionally and courteously at all times.
• Collaborate across departments to deliver seamless customer experiences.
• Follow company procedures and industry regulations to ensure full compliance.

Additional Duties

• Complete all necessary training and adhere to established policies and procedures.
• Perform other related tasks as assigned.

Qualifications and Skills

• Native fluency in one or more languages is required.
• Proficient spoken and written English skills.
• Strong communication and excellent problem-solving capabilities.
• Attention to detail and ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Outstanding telephone etiquette and customer service aptitude.

Work Schedule and Location

This is a full-time role located onsite in East Galway City with working hours from 5pm to 1am, Monday through Friday.
