About the Role
Join a wholesale and manufacturing company based in Montreal, QC as a Customer Service Coordinator. This full-time onsite position operates Monday through Friday and offers a salary range of $50,000 to $65,000 along with benefits.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the entire cycle of customer orders from entry to fulfillment.
- Communicate with customers through phone calls and emails to address inquiries.
- Organize shipment and delivery schedules efficiently.
- Handle discrepancies in orders, returns, and shipment challenges promptly.
- Keep precise records of customers and orders up to date.
- Collaborate actively with sales, warehouse, logistics, and operations teams to ensure smooth processes.
- Offer administrative support and assist in preparing various reports.
- Ensure excellent customer service by delivering accurate and timely completion of orders.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of two years’ experience in customer service, order processing, or customer support roles.
- Strong communication skills coupled with effective problem-solving abilities.
- Exceptional organizational talents and capability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Attention to detail is essential.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
- Experience using ERP systems is considered advantageous.
Preferred Skills and Experience
- Background in wholesale, manufacturing, distribution, apparel, consumer products, or related sectors.
- Familiarity with ERP platforms like SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Momentis, or equivalents.
