Role Overview

We are seeking a diligent Customer Service Representative to join a prominent service provider in a fully remote capacity, operating during Eastern Standard Time hours. This position emphasizes a one-call resolution approach to ensure top-notch support for both internal and external clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Professionally managing inbound calls with empathy and attentiveness.
• Investigating and resolving customer inquiries by utilizing available resources.
• Informing callers about options to facilitate immediate and effective resolution.
• Occasionally conducting outbound calls for surveys and follow-up purposes.
• Adhering strictly to CMS guidelines and company policies.

Qualifications and Experience

• Strong communication abilities paired with active listening skills.
• Capability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining organization.
• A customer-centric approach and positive attitude.
• Prior experience in call center or customer service environments is advantageous.

Compensation and Work Conditions

• Hourly wage of $17.18, paid via W2 with accompanying benefits.
• Scheduled Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM EST.
• Provision for a 30-minute lunch and two paid 15-minute breaks to promote wellbeing.
