Cogent E Services, a leading Indian customer experience management solutions provider, invites applications for the position of Customer Service Associate at its Indore location. The role focuses on managing inbound customer queries with professionalism and efficiency across multiple channels, emphasizing support in English, Hindi, and regional languages. Working six days a week with one rotating weekly off, the position demands adherence to service standards to maintain strong client relationships with timely issue resolution and accurate documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer requests courteously and efficiently on various communication platforms.
• Resolve client problems, deliver precise information, and propose suitable solutions promptly, communicating mainly in English, Hindi, or other regional languages.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions within a CRM system.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction by following prescribed quality standards and procedures.
• Collaborate within teams and interdepartmentally to escalate and address complex customer issues.
• Continuously update knowledge about products, policies, and operational changes.

Eligibility and Requirements

• Applicants must have completed graduation in any discipline.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities are essential.
• Basic understanding of digital banking platforms is required.
• No prior experience is necessary.

Additional Information

• Working days: Six per week with one rotational weekly off.
• Shift timings: Rotational for male candidates; fixed 7 am to 7 pm shifts for female candidates.
• Workplace: Atlantis Tower, Sector 78, Indore.
• Salary: Fixed Cost to Company (CTC) of 25,000 INR per month.
