Advika Enterprises Private Limited is seeking a Customer Relationship Executive to manage communication and coordination with our clientele effectively. Based in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, this role focuses on handling customer inquiries and supporting sales operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and walk-ins professionally.
• Record and maintain customer details accurately in the CRM/ERP system.
• Communicate with customers to provide detailed information about products and services.
• Arrange showroom visits and schedule appointments efficiently for customers.
• Liaise with sales executives to understand and fulfill customer requirements promptly.
• Generate and distribute quotations to customers as needed.
• Conduct regular follow-ups with customers to ensure satisfaction and engagement.
• Keep customer information and follow-up notes up to date within the database.
• Verify product stock availability by coordinating with the warehouse team.
• Facilitate smooth order processing and update customers on delivery status.

Remuneration

The position offers a monthly salary package ranging from 15,000 to 25,000 INR.
