About the Role

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-centric Customer Delight Executives to become a vital part of our growing team in Bangalore. In this position, you will interact directly with homeowners at their locations to understand their interior design needs, recommend appropriate products, and conduct thorough site evaluations to ensure a smooth purchasing process. This opportunity suits individuals who enjoy daily new interactions, have a passion for sales and design, and excel at addressing customer challenges on-site.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform detailed site audits including precise measurements, feasibility checks for installations, identification of possible obstacles, and documentation of site conditions.
• Engage with customers at their residences throughout Bangalore to gather insights about their home décor preferences, budgets, and project timelines.
• Advise customers on suitable options from our extensive collection of wallpapers, wooden flooring, wall panels, and related interior products.
• Establish trust and successfully convert site visits into confirmed sales orders.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Design, Site Audit, and Installation teams to coordinate end-to-end processes.
• Maintain detailed digital records encompassing customer requirements, measurements, photos, and visit summaries.

Candidate Profile

• Possess between 1 to 3 years of experience in field sales, customer success, interior sales, retail, real estate, or home improvement sectors.
• Exhibit excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Demonstrate confidence in recommending products and converting interactions into sales commitments.
• Skilled in accurately taking site measurements and understanding basic installation needs.
• Must own a two-wheeler vehicle with a valid driving license.
• Exemplify high responsibility, punctuality, and a readiness to spend the majority of the working day in the field.
