Job Details
Position: Customer Service Executive
Location: Gurugram
Shift: Rotational 9-hour shifts scheduled between 8:00 AM and 10:00 PM
Working Days: Six days per week with one rotational weekly off
Responsibilities
- Address customer inquiries via phone, chat, or email channels.
- Resolve customer issues promptly and with professionalism.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction levels.
- Update customer details accurately within company systems.
- Adhere to prescribed company processes and quality standards.
Requirements
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English at V4 proficiency level.
- A customer-centric approach with effective problem-solving abilities.
- Basic computer literacy.
Compensation
Stipend of 17,500 INR (in-hand) per month
