Job Overview

We are seeking skilled Relationship Managers to focus on acquiring and managing Current Account clientele, intensifying CASA growth, and promoting cross-selling of various banking products.

Key Responsibilities

• Secure new Current Account customers who have not previously banked with us.
• Generate CASA business through proactive field sales efforts and leveraging referral networks.
• Develop strong relationships with SME, Business Banking, and High Net Worth Individual (HNI) customers.
• Promote and cross-sell a range of products including Insurance, Credit Cards, Investment options, and Loan offerings.
• Meet targets related to assets, liabilities, and fee income generation.
• Maintain exceptional customer service quality and satisfaction.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Demonstrated 2 to 8 years of experience in Retail or Branch Banking.
• Preferably possess experience in Current Account or CASA sales.
• Completion of a graduate degree is mandatory.
