Role Overview
Join our kitchen team as a Culinary Support staff focusing on dishwashing duties. Our kitchens are an ideal environment for showcasing your current abilities and developing new culinary skills. Comprehensive training is provided to all team members in back-of-house duties to create a supportive workplace and enable career progression.
Responsibilities and Expectations
- Maintain rigorous standards of safety and cleanliness in all kitchen areas.
- Take care of personal wellbeing as well as that of fellow team members, guests, and the establishment.
- Perform dishwasher-related tasks efficiently as part of the culinary support team.
Requirements
- Genuine passion for cooking; no previous experience is required as training will be provided.
- Keen interest in learning new skills and expanding culinary knowledge.
- Commitment to mastering a large menu that includes many house-made dishes.
- Strong communication capabilities to effectively work within the team.
- Understanding of health and safety regulations and dedication to maintaining a clean workspace.
- Problem-solving attitude focused on finding solutions rather than just identifying issues.
