The Los Angeles Dodgers are seeking a Culinary Associate to join the Player Performance department.   • Prepare meats and vegetables by washing, seasoning, and slicing using meat slicers and knives safely.
  • Adhere to food safety standards for handling, preparation, and storage of all food products.
  • Maintain a sanitary work environment in line with state and federal health regulations.
  • Communicate any sanitation or janitorial concerns to the culinary team.
  • Use kitchen equipment properly as per standard procedures, including mixers, induction burners, and dishwashers.
