CRM/Sales Executive

About the Role

We are seeking a diligent and customer-oriented Customer Relationship Executive to become part of our team. This position involves engaging with prospective clients, effectively communicating our RERA Agent Registration services, and managing ongoing client interactions.

Responsibilities

• Contact potential clients to explain RERA Agent Registration services.
• Actively follow up on inquiries and aim to convert leads into confirmed clients.
• Coordinate with clients regarding necessary documents and track application progress.
• Manage pending payments by consistently following up with existing clients.
• Send payment reminders through calls and WhatsApp communications.
• Maintain comprehensive client records, lead statuses, and payment details using Excel or CRM systems.
• Collaborate with operations and accounts teams to ensure smooth processing of client orders and payments.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with clients to promote retention and satisfaction.

Requirements

• Effective communication skills in Hindi, along with basic proficiency in English.
• Confident, courteous, and professional telephone manner.
• Strong follow-up abilities and convincing skills to convert prospects.
• Familiarity with MS Excel and basic computer operations.
• Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, sales, or collections is advantageous.

Additional Information

• Experience required: 1 to 3 years.
• Work location: Primarily remote work with occasional office visits once a week or twice a month.
• Salary range: INR 15,000 to 25,000 per month, depending on experience.
