About the Role

This position is with a restaurant operated by an independent franchisee licensed to use McDonald’s trademarks and menu items, distinct from McDonald’s USA. The franchisee is solely in charge of all employment matters including hiring, firing, supervision, and scheduling. McDonald’s USA is not involved in employment decisions or processes. If hired, you will be employed by the franchisee, not McDonald’s USA.

Applicants must be at least 16 years old. Candidates should possess a positive attitude, eagerness to learn and grow, and the ability to thrive in a fast-moving, team-oriented setting. Previous experience is not required as comprehensive training is provided.
