Key Responsibilities
- Prepare fresh, real food daily by hand at multiple stations to ensure quality and consistency.
- Deliver outstanding customer service creating a friendly and inclusive environment for guests.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain efficient restaurant operations and uphold Chipotle’s standards.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 16 years old.
- Possess a positive, enthusiastic demeanor and a passion for serving others.
- Eagerness to learn and develop cooking skills.
- Ability to communicate clearly in the primary language(s) used at the location.
