About the Role

We are seeking a creative individual who not only conceives content but also takes full ownership from initial concept through to the final video. This person thinks in content formats, recognizes trends before they become mainstream, and crafts narratives from shoots that captivate audiences until the last second.

You will be responsible for designing concepts for social media and YouTube productions, overseeing shoots while aligning with brand identity, target audience, and goals—for both our proprietary content and client projects. Close collaboration with our team, creators, and clients is key.

Responsibilities

• Create innovative concepts and formats for social media and YouTube.
• Think in story arcs, engaging hooks, and audience targeting.
• Convert client objectives and desires into clear, actionable briefs.
• Maintain regular communication with clients and collaboration partners.
• Work closely with editors, videographers, and creators.
• Coordinate projects, schedules, and deadlines meticulously.
• Ensure quality, timeliness, and that goals are met.
• Continuously refine existing formats and channels.
• Participate hands-on in shoots, concept development, or storyboarding as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience devising and executing social media content, including Instagram Reels, IG/FB Stories, TikTok, YouTube longform, and Shorts.
• A keen sense of genuine storytelling, trend awareness, and platform dynamics.
• Strong ability to transform ideas into clear, implementable concepts.
• Organized work habits and confidence managing deadlines.
• Basic understanding of camera operation, lighting, and audio.
• Excellent German language skills and good command of English.
• While direct filming or editing skills aren't mandatory, you must understand what constitutes quality and support the camera team accordingly.
