About VISUALHOUSE
VISUALHOUSE is a global creative agency specializing in compelling brand narratives for architecture, design, and the built environment. Collaborating with top architects, developers, and designers, we deliver landmark projects internationally. Your Role
We seek a Creative Designer with between 1 to 3 years of experience to join our London team, assisting in delivering exceptional creative output across branding, campaigns, and digital platforms. This role involves close collaboration with senior designers to develop and implement design projects. It is a hands-on, growth-oriented position ideal for an early-career professional eager to develop foundational skills within a dynamic agency setting.
Responsibilities
- Assist in creating innovative creative concepts across branding, digital, and print media.
- Design and produce visual assets such as presentations, social media content, marketing materials, and websites.
- Develop layouts, mockups, and prototypes to effectively visualize ideas.
- Help preserve brand consistency and uphold visual standards throughout projects.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute to campaign ideation.
- Manage multiple concurrent projects, balancing deadlines and priorities.
Requirements
- Between 1 and 3 years experience in creative, branding, or agency roles.
- A diverse portfolio demonstrating skills in graphic design, branding, or digital media.
- Proficient user of Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
- Familiarity with Figma and other digital design software.
- Strong understanding of layout design, typography, color theory, and core design principles.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to learning.
- Excellent communication skills and receptiveness to constructive feedback.
- Ability to stay organized and efficiently manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Additional skills considered advantageous include Webflow experience and copywriting capabilities.
- A genuine interest in architecture or the built environment is preferred.
