Role Overview

Join our Berlin-based Marketing team as a Creative Copywriter where you'll collaborate with a dynamic group of Brand Strategists, Creatives, Designers, Social Experts, Influencer Marketers, Account Managers, and Producers. This position involves crafting original campaign ideas, shaping brand stories, and translating complex briefs into compelling narratives that engage and resonate.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver distinctive campaign concepts and creative solutions for a wide range of brands.
• Pitch and realize creative ideas that emphasize digital innovation and audience engagement.
• Employ strategic thinking, leveraging cultural trends, data, and insights to inform creative outputs.
• Collaborate seamlessly with digital, media, and social teams to craft integrated 360-degree campaigns beyond traditional TV formats.
• Incorporate AI tools effectively into your creative process to enhance productivity and innovation.

Candidate Profile

• Proven agency experience with a strong portfolio of integrated campaigns and storytelling excellence.
• Fluency in German (native) with excellent English communication skills, adept at handling both German and international brands.
• Versatile in adopting multiple tones and styles to produce engaging, memorable content.
• Proactive and autonomous work ethic with a small-agency mindset, ready to lead projects and drive results independently.
• Keen interest in digital trends, social media, and practical applications of AI in creative contexts.
