About the Role

We are seeking a Creative Content Producer based in the Cologne/Bonn region who is passionate about not just creating content but building and evolving our brand presence. Whether you prefer a permanent position or freelance collaboration, your key responsibility will be to produce and enhance content across social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube with a clear strategic objective.

You will manage the entire production workflow from filming through editing, color grading, sound design, and publishing. You will closely partner with the team on editorial planning and publishing strategy, influencing the development of formats, workflows, and quality benchmarks.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and execute video shoots
Edit and adapt video content tailored to each social platform
Conduct color grading, audio editing, and sound design
Capture photographs and create visual accompaniments
Develop and implement innovative recurring content formats
Support onsite event coverage and travel engagements
Oversee publishing operations on social media channels
Collaborate on editorial calendar and publication strategies
Drive enhancements in content formats, production processes, and quality standards
Monitor content performance and recommend improvements

Requirements

Proven skills in video shooting, editing, and graphic presentation
Experience with editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or CapCut
Strong proficiency with camera operation, lighting, audio, and basic production techniques
Academic background or training in media, communication, graphic design, or related fields preferred
Alternatively, substantial personal projects, relevant hands-on experience, and eagerness to learn
Keen sense of visual storytelling, pacing, and adaptation to platform norms
Self-driven, dependable, and motivated to build structured workflows
Commitment to ongoing self-improvement in craft
Excellent proficiency in German or English
Residence in the Cologne/Bonn area with willingness to travel occasionally
