Role Overview
Al Fuad Exchange is looking for a Counter Staff professional who can start right away. This position is based in Dubai and involves serving walk-in and phone customers, handling transaction-related work, and supporting compliance-focused exchange operations.
Core Responsibilities
- Process incoming and outgoing remittances using both direct and third-party transfer channels.
- Explain the company’s products and services clearly to customers and guide them toward the right options.
- Assist with wage payment activity, including WPS file submission and related processing steps.
- Complete transactions through the single-window counter workflow.
- Address customer concerns professionally and coordinate with the operations team to resolve issues.
- Protect the confidentiality of client records and transaction information.
- Support compliance checks, including KYC, CDD, and EDD requirements.
- Help manage WPS salary processing and SIF file handling.
- Maintain a courteous, service-oriented attitude at all times.
- Follow company policies and uphold a high standard of customer service.
- Deliver helpful support to customers both in person and over the phone.
Requirements
- 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar position is preferred.
- A finance degree or an equivalent related qualification is required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities are essential.
- Comfortable working in a busy, fast-moving environment.
- Candidates must already be based in the UAE.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
