Jagdish Farshan Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a committed Counter Sales Executive cum Kitchen Helper to efficiently handle customer interactions at the sales counter while also supporting kitchen operations. The role demands maintaining superior customer service, cleanliness, and assisting with simple food preparation tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers at the sales counter.
• Accurately take customer orders, process billing, and manage cash or POS payments.
• Stock and display snack and food items effectively.
• Ensure that the counter and kitchen areas remain clean and hygienic.
• Support basic food preparation, packing, and provide kitchen assistance.
• Adhere to food safety regulations and hygiene guidelines of the company.
• Collaborate with the outlet team to maintain smooth daily operations.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Minimum educational qualification: 10th grade pass.
• Experience range: 0 to 2 years in retail, food service, or kitchen work (freshers welcome).
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Availability to work in rotational shifts including weekends and holidays.
• Reliability, honesty, discipline, and being a good team player.

Additional Information

This position involves working at various Jagdish Farshan outlet locations across Vadodara, Gujarat, India.

Compensation

The monthly salary ranges between 12000 and 15000 INR.
