Nisarg Agripreneurship Foundation is a prominent nonprofit organization dedicated to promoting sustainable progress in education, rural livelihoods, and environmental preservation. Through its flagship initiatives—Abhishala, SYLIFE, and Pragati through Prakriti—the foundation empowers communities and individuals to create meaningful, widespread impact.

Role Overview

We are seeking an innovative, proactive Corporate Social Responsibility Manager with extensive experience in educational programs and a keen understanding of AI and emerging educational technologies. This position focuses on leveraging EdTech to support impactful learning solutions while engaging with senior-level corporate and philanthropic stakeholders. The CSR Manager will report directly to the CEO.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and nurture strong partnerships with C-suite executives, corporate CSR directors, high net worth individuals (HNIs), and foundation leaders to secure sustained funding support.
  • Promote Nisarg’s AI-integrated educational initiatives as relevant, high-impact interventions aligned with corporate CSR and ESG frameworks.
  • Craft, present, and manage proposals, grant applications, and pitch decks that emphasize technology-driven learning innovations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to design and implement scalable, technology-enhanced educational programs tailored for underserved populations.
  • Lead focused fundraising campaigns to resource flagship education projects.
  • Ensure excellence in donor communications, impact tracking, and relationship management to maintain long-term partner engagement.
  • Provide leadership, mentorship, and performance management for the CSR team through defined KPIs and collaboration.
  • Conduct frequent travel to liaise with corporate partners, public sector units, and project field sites.

Candidate Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Development Studies, Communications, Social Work, or related discipline; master's degree preferred.
  • Three to five years of experience in CSR, fundraising, sales, or business development, specifically in education and livelihood sectors.
  • Proficiency with AI applications, digital learning platforms, and innovative educational technologies.
  • Proven ability to successfully negotiate and secure multi-figure CSR partnerships with senior corporate stakeholders and HNIs.
  • Experience leading and mentoring a results-driven team.
  • Outstanding communication and presentation capabilities, especially in translating complex technical and AI education concepts into persuasive CSR proposals.

Benefits and Additional Information

  • Strategic leadership role reporting directly to the CEO, with influence over the organization's CSR and fundraising directions.
  • Engagement at the convergence of education, AI-powered EdTech, and corporate philanthropy.
  • Opportunity to build direct relationships with senior executives and philanthropic leaders.
  • Hybrid work environment combining office presence and extensive travel to field locations and partner organizations.
