Shift and Work Schedule

This position transitions to a Backend Day Shift starting Q4 2026, covering 12-hour day shifts on Fridays through Sundays and alternating Thursdays. The schedule operates on a 4-on/3-off and then 3-on/4-off repeating cycle. A 15% shift premium applies exclusively to weekends (Saturday and Sunday).

Key Responsibilities

  • Utilize technical schematics, diagrams, and plans to conduct testing, checkout, and troubleshoot equipment.
  • Execute performance tests on electro-mechanical assemblies with appropriate test instruments.
  • Work extensively with pneumatics, electromechanical systems, PLCs, and robotic systems within a high-volume production environment.
