Role Overview

The Content Strategist will operate within the growth team alongside the Head of Growth and founders, driving how HappyRobot communicates its story across diverse platforms. This content-centric position underpins branding, sales enablement, demand generation, and product marketing activities. Responsibilities span managing editorial schedules, crafting and editing content for blogs and social media, developing geographic-focused content campaigns, coordinating visual and written assets, and analyzing content performance.

Responsibilities

• Produce compelling and effective written content.
• Maintain and oversee the editorial calendar across multiple channels, including social media, email, and blogs.
• Create and edit high-standard content that aligns with brand identity and strategic objectives.
• Design and implement geographically targeted content initiatives to enhance visibility and incoming demand.
• Collaborate with design teams to generate engaging visual elements accompanying written content and create visuals independently when necessary.
• Transform and adapt different content formats, such as converting blogs to social posts or webinars to articles.
• Work closely with growth, product, and sales teams to develop content and enablement tools supporting campaigns.
• Manage workflows involving freelance writers or external vendors as required.
• Ensure editorial consistency by adhering to brand and style guides.

Qualifications and Experience

• Experience in startup environments or enterprise marketing roles, especially those with early-stage companies.
• Familiarity with content analytics tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and Ahrefs.
• Highly organized and accountable, capable of autonomous work.
• Basic design and aesthetic skills, embracing AI tools for accelerated copywriting and design output.
• Strong sense of urgency and follow-through.

Preferred Skills

• Track record of adapting in fast-paced startups with shifting priorities.
• Data-driven mindset with analytics experience.
• Knowledge of marketing automation platforms such as Account Engagement.
• Comfort with design tools like Figma for quick content editing.
• SEO knowledge, especially for geographic targeting channels.
• Experience with Salesforce and understanding of lead tracking including multi-touch attribution.

Compensation

This role offers a salary range between $120,000 and $180,000 annually.
