About the Role

This position is a hands-on, execution-focused role where you will work with a camera in hand. You will be the main creative force behind Club Athletic’s organic and paid social content, combining content production, community casting, and channel execution. Partnering directly with the Marketing Director, you will turn brand direction into real content across Instagram and TikTok and support everything from partnership campaigns to new-studio launches and weekly member storytelling.

This role is centered on execution rather than strategy. You will be responsible for bringing the plan to life.

Core Responsibilities

  • Plan and produce weekly iPhone and mid-level video shoots at Club Athletic studios, and capture candid content during workouts, runs, and social events, averaging at least 15 shooting hours per month across 4 or more days.
  • Create and pitch content ideas for Instagram and TikTok for approval.
  • Develop scripts, shot lists, and creative briefs for all social content.
  • Edit video assets, including color work and audio polishing.
  • Produce paid-content assets, including light UGC edits intended for paid use.
  • Manage the daily running of Instagram and TikTok, including posting, scheduling, audience engagement, and trend monitoring, aligned to the marketing calendar.
  • Prepare and share weekly performance updates covering reach, saves, shares, and follower growth.
  • Identify, source, and coordinate UGC creators from within the Club Athletic community.
  • Handle studio access and shooting schedules around class times, and manage briefs and deliverables through final handoff for paid usage.
  • Keep the content asset library organized and current.
  • Create simple design pieces in Canva for social posts, campaign materials, and in-studio collateral such as signage and flyers.
  • Coordinate delivery of creative outputs with external vendors like photographers, videographers, and designers when larger-scale production is needed.
  • Execute creative assets for partnership campaigns, including co-branded content, graphics, and social posts, based on provided briefs.
