About the Role

Key Responsibilities

- Protect sensitive customer information by following stringent authentication, privacy, and security protocols.
- Resolve customer issues through active listening, thoughtful problem-solving, and clear communication; escalate complexities as needed.
- Accurately record complaints, requests, and customer interactions following company procedures.
- Handle account maintenance tasks, customer requests, and transactional duties consistent with internal policies.
- Promote suitable products, services, and digital solutions tailored to customer needs.
- Maintain excellent performance aligning with contact center quality benchmarks, service metrics, and productivity targets.
- Engage in coaching, call evaluations, and continuous process improvement activities.
- Ensure accurate call categorization, logging, and documentation of interactions.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams and partners to timely address customer requirements.
- Display flexibility to support operational demands, including work during evenings and weekends.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- High school diploma or GED minimum requirement.
- Up to 1 year of experience in banking, customer service, or contact center roles preferred.
- Familiarity with call center operations and online banking platforms is advantageous.
- Excellent verbal and written communication with professional telephone etiquette.
- Strong customer service orientation with ability to establish trust and rapport.
- Effective analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and systems simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of online and mobile banking as well as bill payment services preferred.
- Ability to remain composed and professional in challenging customer interactions.
