Job Overview
We are seeking a computer operator with a minimum of one year experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, Word, and PDF handling, to efficiently manage various tasks related to the Government e-Marketplace (GeM) portal. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills in both Hindi and English to effectively coordinate and maintain documentation.
Primary Responsibilities
- Upload and manage product and service listings on the GeM portal.
- Engage in bid processes including RA, BOQ, Custom, and Service bids.
- Prepare, organize, and maintain all documents related to bidding activities.
- Keep system records, data, and backups up to date.
- Offer basic support and coordination for GeM-related operations.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- At least one year of relevant work experience, ideally involving GeM or office operational tasks.
- Strong command of MS Office tools with emphasis on proper formatting and data management.
- Effective verbal and written communication in Hindi and English.
- Good typing speed combined with meticulous attention to details.
Compensation
The remuneration for this role ranges from 10,000 to 12,000 INR per month.
