Primary Responsibilities

• Investigate complaints and suspected violations related to liquor and gambling laws.
• Perform compliance inspections, monitoring, audits, and risk assessments.
• Interpret and apply relevant legislation, policies, and regulatory frameworks.
• Offer guidance and educational support to industry participants and community members.
• Prepare comprehensive reports, correspondence, and recommendations to assist regulatory actions.
• Assist in preparing necessary documentation for legal and enforcement procedures.
• Contribute to harm minimisation efforts within regulated sectors.
