We build programs and systems that empower all Affirmers to thrive and contribute to the company's success.

- Oversee the complete management of semiannual compensation processes.
- Lead and contribute to all aspects of annual compensation benchmarking studies, such as auditing roles (duties, responsibilities, requirements), managing benchmarking survey submissions and evaluations, and recommending updates to cash and equity pay structures and ranges.
- Conduct ad hoc compensation analyses including incentive programs, equity initiatives, and pay equity assessments.
- Manage pay reporting for all supported geographic regions.
- Support compensation training initiatives and communicate compensation-related information effectively.
Qualifications and Desired Attributes
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in compensation or people analytics.
- Familiarity with compensation management systems, especially Pave.
- Strong data orientation with the ability to transform raw information into actionable insights using tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, Sigma Computing, and Claude Code.
- Exceptional attention to detail with a responsible and independent work approach, alongside collaborative teamwork.
- Excellent communication skills to simplify complex information for both employees and senior leadership.
- Proven discretion handling confidential information with integrity and good judgment.
- Organized and capable of managing multiple shifting priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Customer-service mindset and solid understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements relating to compensation plans.
Compensation and Benefits
The base salary range for this role in Canada is between $112,000 and $172,000 annually. New hires typically start at the lower end of the pay scale, with the overall compensation package including base salary, equity awards, monthly stipends for health, wellness, and technology, plus comprehensive benefits.
- 100% subsidized medical coverage, dental and vision for employees and their dependents.
- Generous flexible spending stipends for technology, food, lifestyle, and family planning expenses.
- Competitive time off policies for rest and rejuvenation.
- Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP) offering discounted shares of Affirm.
