Job description
Overview
Join our Total Rewards team as a Compensation & Benefits Lead and play a key role in delivering global compensation, benefits, wellbeing, and recognition programs. This specialist role focuses on providing expert analysis and support to align reward practices with business goals, ensuring competitiveness, equity, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the annual compensation review process including salary adjustments, bonus planning, and incentive programs.
- Contribute to the design and execution of the reward strategy and advise on compensation, benefits, and reward policies.
- Execute market benchmarking and compensation analyses using external salary surveys to maintain robust salary structures and job frameworks.
- Oversee employee benefits programs across countries, managing vendor relations and annual renewals.
- Develop and enhance recognition and incentive initiatives for the designated business areas.
- Generate comprehensive reports, analytics, and dashboards on pay, benefits, and market benchmarking to detect trends and risks.
- Monitor internal pay equity, support transparency initiatives, and contribute to regulatory reporting such as gender pay gap disclosures.
- Engage in global reward projects, optimizing processes and supporting change management to improve employee experience.
- Ensure strict compliance with legal and governance standards whilst maintaining impeccable data accuracy across systems.
Required Skills and Experience
- Extensive background in Total Rewards, Compensation & Benefits management.
- Proven expertise in managing end-to-end annual compensation review cycles.
- Experience with job evaluation methods and familiarity with salary data providers like Mercer, WTW, Korn Ferry, or Radford.
- Strong analytical aptitude and ability to interpret complex datasets.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and hands-on experience with HRIS platforms and reporting tools.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the capacity to influence across HR and business leadership.
- High attention to detail and demonstrated confidentiality in handling sensitive data.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in multinational or matrix organizations exposed to global compensation and benefits.
- Professional HR qualification such as CIPD or equivalent.
- Technical knowledge of HR systems including Hi-Bob, Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or Oracle HCM.
