Role Overview

We are actively seeking dedicated Commis Chefs at levels 1, 2, and 3 to become integral members of our culinary team. This full-time, permanent position requires participation in food preparation and various kitchen support activities.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

• Prepare food items efficiently while adhering to quality standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene throughout all kitchen areas.
• Assist in daily kitchen operations to ensure smooth workflow.
• Follow recipes accurately to maintain consistency in dishes.
• Manage proper food storage and ensure correct rotation of ingredients.
• Collaborate with colleagues to support delivery of top-quality culinary products.

Required Skills and Expertise

• Proficiency in bakery, pastry, chocolate, confectionery, and baking techniques.
