Role Summary

We are seeking a committed Commis 3 for the Kitchen Gardemanger section to join our prestigious culinary team. You will be responsible for preparing ingredients and food items according to our high standards, operating kitchen equipment safely, and maintaining cleanliness and quality in the kitchen. This is a full-time, on-site position in Doha, Qatar.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare ingredients including chopping, portioning, peeling fresh fruits and vegetables, and mixing as per recipes.
  • Cook various food items following quality, presentation standards, and food preparation checklists.
  • Utilize kitchen equipment such as ovens, stoves, grills, microwaves, and fryers correctly and safely.
  • Perform food quality checks for doneness and proper temperature management.
  • Set up and dismantle workstations as needed.
  • Serve food in appropriate portions and containers.
  • Keep the kitchen area, tools, knives, and equipment clean and disinfected to maintain hygiene standards.
  • Report maintenance needs, accidents, or unsafe conditions to supervisors immediately.
  • Follow all safety and security protocols and complete required safety training.
  • Maintain a professional personal appearance and uphold confidentiality of proprietary information.
  • Support teamwork by communicating professionally and helping colleagues meet shared goals.
  • Perform other reasonable duties as assigned by the culinary supervisors.

Qualifications and Preferences
