FutureSight invites applications for the role of Co-Founder & CEO to lead Weli AI, an innovative B2B WealthTech startup. This is an equity partnership opportunity rather than a conventional salaried position.

Weli AI enhances wealth advisors’ CRM and portfolio tools by integrating market insights, news signals, and client data to recommend prioritized next actions and generate client communications in an advisor's style. This embedded intelligence solution aims to empower proactive client engagement, tailored advice, and scalable AUM growth.

Customer validation is complete, the product positioning established, and initial pilot conversations are underway. The venture now seeks a founder to drive the next phase of growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and refine go-to-market strategy, ideal customer profile, pricing, and product positioning.
• Drive customer development by leading pilot projects with independent RIAs, converting pilots to paid contracts, and scaling the market approach.
• Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to launch version one of the product and iterate based on feedback.
• Lead the seed fundraising process leveraging FutureSight’s network and existing traction.
• Build and manage the founding team, cultivating a strong company culture.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Experience founding a venture-backed company.
• Proven success in B2B SaaS sales, customer engagement, and go-to-market execution.
• Fundraising expertise, able to craft investor narratives and secure capital.
• Skilled in attracting, developing, and retaining high-quality talent.
• A clear understanding of the complexities and demands involved in co-founding a venture-backed startup.
• Direct experience in WealthTech and knowledge of AI agents and large language models.
