Co-Founder & CEO - AI E-commerce Operations System

The opportunity

FutureSight is looking for a Co-Founder & CEO to lead Omnex, an AI-first operating system for sellers working across multiple ecommerce channels. This is a true co-founder partnership with substantial founder equity, not a paid executive position.

Modern ecommerce operators often rely on disconnected tools and manual coordination. Businesses selling through Amazon, Shopify, eBay, Walmart, and other channels juggle multiple dashboards, reconcile inconsistent data, and make constant decisions across pricing, inventory, advertising, fulfillment, and customer support.

The market opportunity is enormous: global ecommerce exceeds $1 trillion in annual GMV, and millions of sellers now operate across several channels without a unified intelligence layer to run their business.

Market context

Omnex is being built as an autonomous, multi-agent AI workforce that replaces fragmented workflows. Rather than adding another dashboard, it is designed to understand the business continuously, reason across every sales channel, and take proactive action on operational decisions such as pricing optimization, inventory planning, advertising management, demand forecasting, and customer support coordination. The agents share business context, learn from results, and collaborate to improve the business overall.

What you will own

• Shape the overall strategy, including ICP definition, pricing, and product positioning
• Lead customer discovery, run pilots with ecommerce sellers, convert early users into paying customers, and build the go-to-market motion
• Work closely with FutureSight’s product and engineering teams to launch V1 and improve the product based on feedback
• Drive the seed fundraise with support from FutureSight’s network and early traction
• Hire and lead the founding team while setting the company’s culture from the start

Co-founder profile

• Prior experience founding a venture-backed company
• Proven ability to build B2B SaaS go-to-market motions, including selling and managing customer relationships
• Comfort with fundraising, including shaping investor stories and closing capital
• Strong capability in attracting, developing, and retaining high-performing talent
• Realistic understanding of the pressure and responsibility that come with co-founding a venture-backed business
• Hands-on ecommerce experience, either by running a multi-channel business, selling software to this market, or building tools for ecommerce sellers at scale
• An active network in the ecommerce seller ecosystem, including Amazon sellers, Shopify operators, and 3PL partners
