Role overview

The Clinical Dietician will assess clients' nutrition needs, prepare customized diet plans, and support them through their wellness and transformation goals. This role involves regular follow-ups, progress tracking, client education, and close coordination with the slimming and wellness team to improve outcomes and satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out in-depth nutritional evaluations and identify each client’s health objectives.
• Design tailored meal and diet plans for weight reduction, inch loss, PCOS, thyroid, diabetes, and overall lifestyle improvement.
• Track client progress and adjust nutrition plans as needed based on results.
• Schedule and conduct ongoing follow-up consultations to strengthen adherence.
• Coordinate with the slimming and wellness team to deliver effective client results.
• Explain healthy eating practices and practical long-term lifestyle changes to clients.
• Keep consultation notes and client records accurate and up to date.
• Support clients in staying encouraged during their transformation journey.
• Work toward strong client satisfaction and repeat retention.

Preferred profile

• A bachelor's or master's qualification in Nutrition & Dietetics is preferred.
• At least 1 year of experience in a slimming clinic, wellness center, weight loss clinic, or aesthetic clinic is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of obesity, PCOS, thyroid issues, diabetes, and related lifestyle conditions is expected.
• Excellent communication and counselling abilities are needed.
• The candidate should be able to inspire clients and maintain lasting professional relationships.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with maintaining client records are required.

Compensation is listed as INR 250000 to 325000 per year.
