About the Role
RevUp Dental supports dental practices throughout North America by enhancing patient acquisition and retention via websites, Google Ads, SEO, call tracking, and staff training. The Client Training team develops and delivers paid training programs tailored to empower dental receptionists and teams to become confident, effective communicators.
This vacancy is for a maternity leave cover for the Client Training Coordinator position. The role involves designing, expanding, and maintaining paid training initiatives focused on improving the capabilities of dental receptionists, dentists, and their teams. Key tasks include identifying training needs, creating engaging educational content, and leveraging performance data to demonstrate training effectiveness.
The training function is growing rapidly, with plans to expand beyond existing self-paced courses into private training, live webinars, and video materials over the coming year. Thus, this role and its opportunities will evolve accordingly.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver training sessions to clients, including online courses and live private sessions.
- Track individual trainee progress and provide personalized performance feedback.
- Develop new training courses and resources that are current and engaging.
- Create and maintain interactive educational content such as videos, presentations, and quizzes aligned with company standards and goals.
- Periodically review existing training materials to identify and update outdated, unclear, or unengaging sections.
- Collect learner feedback to refine course structure, examples, and delivery approaches.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to prepare promotional materials and roll out new training programs.
- Contribute to the strategic development of training offerings, including program scaling, subscription services, and premium options.
- Undertake additional duties as required.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Experience in designing training, educational content, or instructional materials, including course development and promotional content.
- Proficiency with video tools, presentations, and e-learning platforms such as Loom, Canva, or Learning Management Systems.
- Excellent written communication skills to transform processes and best practices into engaging and practical content.
- Strong project management capabilities to handle multiple courses and deadlines simultaneously.
- A cooperative attitude with the ability to work closely with marketing, sales, and client success teams.
- Background in dental, healthcare, or customer service industries is advantageous but not mandatory.
Additional Information
This position is a full-time, fixed-term contract intended to cover a maternity leave of approximately 12 months. The team operates fully remotely, offering flexibility to balance work and personal life. The role reports to the Learning & Development Manager.
Salary: Annual compensation ranges from 60,000 to 62,000 Canadian dollars.
