Overview
The Client Relationship Executive is entrusted with nurturing robust connections with clients, overseeing communications through several channels, and guaranteeing an optimal customer journey. This role demands exemplary spoken communication, compelling presentation skills, multilingual fluency, and expertise in tele-appointment scheduling and video conferencing handling.
Primary Responsibilities
- Foster enduring client relationships by maintaining regular, meaningful contact.
- Identify and understand customer requirements, delivering prompt and effective solutions.
- Handle inquiries, escalate concerns appropriately, and diligently follow up with clients professionally.
- Deliver well-articulated, confident presentations across client meetings, webinars, and demonstrations.
- Effectively communicate the value propositions of products or services.
- Arrange and manage telephonic appointments, follow-ups, and keep appointment calendars organized.
- Facilitate seamless video conferences between customers and internal stakeholders.
- Host and oversee virtual meetings using platforms such as Zoom, Google Meet, and Microsoft Teams, ensuring smooth communication and accurate documentation.
- Consistently update client interactions within CRM systems like Zoho, HubSpot, or Salesforce.
- Compile detailed weekly and monthly reports reflecting customer engagement and feedback.
Required Skills and Expertise
- Excellent spoken communication skills, conveying messages clearly and persuasively.
- Proven presentation abilities capable of effectively expressing ideas, products, and solutions.
- Expertise in tele-appointment management with professional telephone etiquette and stringent scheduling standards.
- Proficiency in hosting and coordinating video conferences.
- Strong customer relationship management skills emphasizing empathy, patience, and problem resolution.
- Fluency across multiple languages: English, Kannada, Tamil, Telugu, and Hindi.
Education and Experience
- Possess a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, or a closely related discipline.
- Between one to four years of relevant experience in roles encompassing client relationships, tele-calling, client services, or CRM operations.
